Jon Worth, one of the EU Tweetup organisers, is back on Brexit island in mid-September – so that’s good reason to get some Twitter nerds together to talk about EU politics, social media, and the dreaded Brexit.
The procedure is the same as with any EU Tweetup – very informal, come along when you want, and chat over a beer with the people you otherwise argue with via Twitter. We’ve been doing this for some years now, and it always turns out to be a good discussion!
The details of the Tweetups are as follows:
Friday 15th September, London
Time: 1800 until at least 2100, possibly later – check #EUTweetup to see if it’s still going
Location: The Albert, 52 Victoria Street, Victoria, London SW1H 0NP [Map] – table booked in the name of WORTH
Nearest Tube Stations: Victoria and St James’s Park
Saturday 16th September, Oxford
Time: 1330 until 1530 (possibly later) – check #EUTweetup to see if it’s still going
Location: The Cape of Good Hope, 1 The Plain, Oxford OX4 1EA [Map] – table booked in the name of WORTH
Confirm you’re coming along
Just so as we have a (very rough) idea of numbers it would be great if you could use this form to tell us if you are attending!
